Online Registration

I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Please visit the International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health registration webpage and click the “Register Here” button: http://www.icimh.org/Registration.

 

Click on the “New Registration” button. Enter your name and email address and click “Continue” to continue your registration on the next page. Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address again. Please contact the Registration Manager for more assistance: Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

 

I’m not sure which Registration Category I should choose.

Consortium Institution Member: If your employer or institution is a member of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health, you may select this registration type. You can check membership here: https://imconsortium.org/members/member-listing/.

ISCMR Member: If you are a member of ISCMR but not a Consortium Institution member, you may select this registration type.

Non Member: If your employer or institution is not a member of the Academic Consortium and you are not an ISCMR member, you should select this registration type.

Member Student / Trainee: If you are a student, trainee, or post-doctoral fellow and your institution is a member of the Academic Consortium you may select this registration type.

Non Member Student / Trainee: If you are a student, trainee, or post-doctoral fellow and your employer or institution is not a member of the Academic Consortium, you may select this registration type.

 

Academic Consortium Members may also register for the Academic Consortium’s Members Meeting during the registration process.

 

I cannot find my registration confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official receipt and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

 

If you have not received your registration confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Confirmation for 2020 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health.”
  3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

 

What is the Members Meeting?

The Members Meeting is the annual meeting of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health. The meeting is open to faculty, staff, and students of Academic Consortium member institutions and health centers. It is held in conjunction with the International Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health biennially.

The Members Meeting provides the Academic Consortium’s Working Groups an opportunity to exchange information, start initiatives, and engage new members. Novel workshops and panels occur on topics such as leadership, philanthropy, integrative business models, interprofessional case discussions, and storytelling.

Who Can Attend the Members Meeting?

All faculty, staff, and students of institutional members are eligible to be attend the Annual Members Meeting. Individual members from all medical specialties and health care disciplines are encouraged to attend.

What is included in the International Congress and/or Members Meeting registration fee?

International Congress: International Congress registration includes submission of up to two (2) abstracts* (separate submission required), name badge, registration materials and entry to all International Congress sessions, exhibit hall and scheduled meals, including three continental breakfasts, two poster receptions, the Welcome Reception, and refreshment breaks.

 

One-Day registrations will include name badge, registration materials, two abstract submissions, and entry to all International Congress sessions, exhibit hall and meals for the individual day.

 

*Additional abstracts can be added at the time of Congress registration for $50 each.

 

Members Meeting: Members Meeting registration includes name badge, registration materials and entry to all Members Meeting sessions and meals, including scheduled breakfast, lunch, an evening reception at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and refreshment breaks.

 

Academic Consortium Members may register for both the International Congress and Members Meeting on a single registration site.

You can check your employer or institution’s membership with the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health here: https://imconsortium.org/members/member-listing/.

 

If your employer or institution is not listed, but you feel it should be, contact info@imconsortium.org.

 

As an individual, can I become a member of the Academic Consortium and then register with the member price?

I’ve heard there is a special registration discount available if you book at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown; how do I get the discount?

Receive $50 off your International Congress registration by reserving your hotel room through the Congress block at the Hilton Cleveland. You must complete your Hilton Cleveland reservation BEFORE you begin the Congress registration process. You must provide your Hilton Cleveland confirmation number when you register.

 

Discounts will be reversed if the reservation is cancelled or cannot be verified. No discounts will be applied after registration is completed. Discounts are only available as long as rooms at the Hilton Cleveland are available.

 

Discount applies to International Congress attendees, not individuals attending the Members Meeting only. 

 

The discount is not available for reservations made at any other hotels or outside the International Congress room block.

 

I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify it. How can I do that?

If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for assistance.

 

I selected "check" as my payment option but now I want to pay with a credit card. 

Please visit the registration site and select “Modify Registration.” Enter your email address and reference number (found in your registration confirmation email). You will be directed to the payment page where you can select “credit card” and enter your payment details.

 

I need to cancel my International Congress and/or Members Meeting registration. What is the cancellation policy? 

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the cancellation deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by March 27, 2020 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 27, 2020. 

 

If you are registered for the both the Congress and the Members Meeting and choose to cancel just one or the other you will be charged 20% of the registration fee for the cancelled event as an administrative fee. Partial cancellation requests must also be received in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com by March 27, 2020.

 

I can no longer attend the International Congress and/or Members Meeting, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy? 

Know someone else from your institution or organization who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made until the close of online registration (April 14, 2020) or at the onsite registration desk. Substitutions are not accepted between April 14-27, 2020.

 

I still want to attend the International Congress and/or Members Meeting but need to cancel one of my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?

Optional agenda items, such as Pre-Congress Workshops, Emerging Leader Luncheon tickets and guest meals are fully refundable until the cancellation deadline, March 27, 2020.

 

Do I have to pre-enroll for sessions?

Pre-enrollment is only required for the Pre-Congress Workshops and Emerging Leader Luncheons.

 

I have some dietary restrications/special needs. How do I inform the Conference Planners? 

You will be able to enter dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e. receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated.

 

Can I register on-site?

If the Members Meeting or International Congress have not sold out you will be able to register onsite at the registration desk.

I just want to attend the Pre-Congress Workshops – is that possible?

Pre-Congress Workshops are only available for attendees of the International Congress or the Members Meeting.

 

Can I just attend one day of the International Congress?

Yes, One-Day International Congress registrations are available.

 

Do I have to attend the International Congress to attend the Members Meeting?

No. You can elect to register for only the Members Meeting, as long as your organization is a member of the Academic Consortium.

 

Logistics

Where will the congress registration by located? 

Congress registration will be located in Lakeside Foyer 5. Members Meeting registration will be located in Superior Foyer.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Cleveland. Which hotel should I contact? 

Yes! Discounted accommodations rates are available for Members Meeting and International Congress attendees at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown until April 3, 2020 or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first. Visit the Location Page (http://www.icimh.org/Venue-and-Accomodations) for accommodations information, including special registration discounts and benefits for reserving at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland.

If the Hilton Cleveland Downtown becomes sold-out, what do I do?

A list of area hotels will be posted to the Venue & Accommodations page if the room block sells out.

 

Individual reservations are typically canceled with the hotel in the weeks leading up to the Congress. We cannot guarantee availability or rates at that time. In the meantime, we encourage attendees without a room at the Hilton to book a room at a nearby hotel to ensure accommodations.

 

Can I bring a guest to any of the meal functions? 

Members Meeting: A guest pass may be purchased for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Reception event during the registration process.

 

International Congress: You may purchase a guest pass for the Welcome Reception only, or for all Congress Receptions (the Tuesday Welcome Reception and the Wednesday and Thursday Poster Receptions) during the registration process.

 

What should I wear?

Smart business casual attire is recommended for both the Members Meeting and International Congress. Be sure to wear layers, as the meeting spaces may run hot or cool compared to your comfort level – layers are key!

 

Appropriate athletic wear is encouraged for the wellness activities.

 

Credits

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

A Certificate of Attendance will be available on the website after the International Congress. Attendees will receive a passcode to access the website and download the Certificate.

 

Are there any CME or professional licensure credits available for the International Congress or Members Meeting?

There are CME credits available for purchase at the time of registration for $100. CME credits for the Pre-Congress Workshops are also available for $30.

 

There are no CME or professional Licensure credits for the Members Meeting.

Which workshops are considered Pre-Congress Workshops and require a fee?

Click here to view the Pre-Congress Workshops, which will be offered on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Sessions will be scheduled for half day (3 hour) workshops. These workshops are not included in Members Meeting, Full-Congress, or One-Day registrations and require payment of an additional fee. CME credits are available for these workshops and can be purchased at the time of registration.

 

I would like to attend the one of the Emerging Leaders Luncheons, but I am not sure if I qualify to attend.

The Congress is offering four separate luncheons for emerging leaders on Wednesday, April 29 and Thursday, April 30, each with a focus on scientific research, clinical care, education, or policy. The luncheons are supported by the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health, and each luncheon will be led by both the Consortium and by a partnering organization: ISCMR, ACCAHC, IHPC, and AIHM.  The target audience is those newer in the field of integrative medicine and health, and the luncheons will cover the activities and opportunities within the respective focus areas. Attendance to a luncheon can be selected during registration. There is no fee for Student/Trainee registrants; however, all other categories will be charged a $35 fee. Seating is very limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
