About the Members Meeting

The Members Meeting is the annual meeting of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health. The 2020 Members Meeting will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
 
The meeting is open to faculty, staff, and students of Academic Consortium member institutions and health centers. It is held in conjunction with the International Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health biennially. The International Congress is held on April 28 - May 1, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Events of the 2020 Members Meeting will take place at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is also the official host of the International Congress, so you'll be just steps away to all the Congress activities!

Attending both the International Congress and Members Meeting? Special Registration Discount Available: Receive $50 off your Congress registration by reserving your hotel room through the Congress block at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. You must complete your Hilton Cleveland Downtown reservation BEFORE you begin the registration process. You must provide your Hilton Cleveland Downtown confirmation number when you register.

 

The registration discount does not apply to Members Meeting only registrants. Discounts will be reversed if the reservation is cancelled or cannot be verified. No discounts will be applied after registration is completed. Discounts are only available as long as rooms at the Hilton Cleveland are available.

 

          

 

International Congress and Members Meeting participants are responsible for making their own travel and accomodations reservations. The Academic Consortium has NOT enlisted the services of a third-party to make these arrangements on behalf of meeting participants. In the event you are contact by a third-party offering these services, proceed with caution as it may be a scam. 
 
If you would like to book your reservation over the phone, please call 216.413.5000 and select option 1 from the menu. Be sure to mention that you are booking from the group block of ICIMH.

 

Book your room through the Hilton Cleveland Downtown's phone or online reservation system prior to the April 3, 2020 deadline or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first, to receive the discounted group rate. If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to sold out dates. The group block has sold out in past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservation early.

Registration
Members Meeting registration includes name badge, registration materials and entry to all Members Meeting sessions and meals, including breakfast, lunch, an evening reception at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and scheduled refreshment breaks.

 

International Congress registration includes submission of up to two (2) abstracts (*separate submission required), name badge, registration materials and entry to all Congress sessions, exhibit hall and meals, including three continental breakfasts, two poster receptions, the Welcome Reception, and scheduled refreshment breaks.

One-Day registrations will include name badge, registration materials, and entry to all Congress sessions, exhibit hall and meals for the individual day.

 

Method of Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. Please contact Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for additional payment methods, if needed.
 
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the Members Meeting, you may: 
 
Send a Substitute: Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made until April 14, 2020 to be reflected on any onsite materials. 

Request a Refund: We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by March 27, 2020 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 27, 2020. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment. 
 
If for any reason the Meeting should be cancelled, the Academic Consortium will refund the registration fee. The Academic Consortium is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.
